INTRODUCTION

Welcome to onara.nl. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of this website and all products and services provided by Onara B.V.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

  • “You”, “your” refer to any customer, visitor, or user of the Site.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms, including any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate and valid payment information. By placing an order, you authorise onara.nl to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

Chargebacks

Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals are handled in accordance with the payment provider’s procedures. Onara B.V. reserves the right to contest chargebacks by submitting full documentation (order confirmation, tracking details, delivery proof, and correspondence).
In accordance with Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 6), fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may result in recovery actions and administrative costs charged to the customer.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any suspected fraud or unauthorised use of payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities. Onara B.V. reserves the right to suspend or cancel affected orders without notice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 6, Artikelen 230g–230z) implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period (“bedenktijd”), starting the day after you receive your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email). Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging, labels, and hygiene seals.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, including standard return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Chargeback Abuse

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate customer accounts that abuse the refund process or initiate unjustified chargebacks.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Onara B.V. is not liable for undelivered parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Deliveries

Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Security

We use SSL encryption to protect personal and payment information. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on onara.nl, including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Onara B.V.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Onara B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, insofar as permitted under Dutch consumer law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Onara B.V. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
