All orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partner warehouses, primarily located in China.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Consumer Rights & Refunds

Refunds can only be requested after the product has been delivered.

You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period after receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
